Chen-Chi Chang

Dr. Chen-Chi Chang is Dean of the College of Hakka Studies, Professor in the Department of Cultural Creativity and Digital Marketing at National United University, Taiwan, and Director of the Global Hakka Studies Center. His research focuses on artificial intelligence applications in minority languages, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), digital humanities, and SNA. He specializes in developing AI-driven Hakka language systems, including speech recognition, machine translation, and conversational agents, advancing cultural preservation through technology.
